SPONSOR - This Sweepstakes is sponsored by TrenDesign Autosports, Mooresville, NC 28117, doing business as StockSux.com (Sponsor).
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES - By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
To enter, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Potential winner must present a valid government-issued I.D. (U.S. or state). An eligible entry requires the Giveaway Number, your full name, home address, phone number, and email address. Your Order Number is your digital entry ticket for a chance to win this valuable prize. As an example, if you purchase a Stage 2, your Order Number will be entered 300 times for the random drawing. Entrants acknowledge that the prize will be awarded as-is with no warranties. All entries are final once received - no returns, no exchanges, no refunds, no cancellations.
There are three tiers for paid entry:
Stage 1 = 150 entries for $50;
Stage 2 = 300 entries for $100;
Stage 3 = 600 entries for $200.
In your cart prior to checkout, you can also multiply/boost your entries by selecting 2X Entries for $35, 5X Entries for $85, or 10X Entries for $150. The Boost multiplies the number of entries included with the selected Stage. Example: Stage 2 = 300 entries for $100 + 5X Boost for $85 = 1,500 total entries for $185.
You may enter this Sweepstakes for free by individually mailing one handwritten 3x5 inch Entry Card in a #10 envelope per person per day to TrenDesign Autosports, 631 Brawley School Rd., #127, Mooresville, NC 28117. Each 3x5 inch Entry Card generates ten (10) entries. To be eligible, include on the 3x5 inch Entry Card the Sweepstakes Giveaway Number, your full name, home address, phone number, and email address. Your details will be entered into our system, and an Entry Ticket Number will be emailed to you. That number will be added ten (10) times to eligible entries for the random drawing. Mail-in entries must be received before noon Eastern Time on the Closing Date. Photocopies or reproductions of an Entry Card are not permitted.
After the Sweepstakes Promotion Period closes, the potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within five (5) business days. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. The potential winner will be notified via phone and/or email. If the potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours after the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner is determined to be ineligible, the potential winner will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The one (1) Grand Prize (Prize), a 2003 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson Edition, has an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $17,000. Substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is not permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any Prize component with another of equal or greater value.
The Prize Winner must agree to visit the Sponsor's specified location within ninety (90) calendar days after validation. The Winner understands and agrees that the Prize ceremony will be videoed and/or photographed. Rights to any Prize ceremony video/photo belong solely to the Sponsor and can be used in any media at their sole discretion.
This Sweepstakes Closing Date is 12/31/2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Sponsor's computer system is the official timepiece. Sponsor reserves the right to end the Promotion Period at an earlier date, and if Sponsor chooses to, an announcement will be published on this website at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the new Closing Date.
GENERAL CONDITIONS - Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY - By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. For New Jersey Residents: nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys fees where mandated by statute.
This Sweepstakes is valid in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Alaska and Hawaii and where prohibited by law.
ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS - The Winner will be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. An IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the Winner for the value of the Prize.
DISPUTES - All issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court within the State of North Carolina.
SEVERABILITY - The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
MISCELLANEOUS - These Official Rules contain full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior agreements. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Sponsor.
We will not sell or provide Entrants' personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
SCAM ALERT - Protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential winner, Sponsor will contact you via the phone number and/or email address you provided. You will NEVER be asked to provide a credit card, bank information or a payment of any kind as a condition of a prize award. We do NOT use social media to contact the winner.
